Job Description
Essential Functions :
Lead daily maintenance activities.
Ensure CMMS is current and orderly.
Follow up on work orders to ensure sufficient work is being performed by technicians
Ensure facilities are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Troubleshoot and perform repairs to manufacturing and facility equipment as needed.
Assign and schedule work as needed. Works with planning and production team to plan major repairs.
Leads technical development of maintenance team.
Collaborate with safety, production, engineering, and maintenance team to find and implement improvements to manufacturing and facility equipment.
Maintain parts inventory to ensure critical spare parts are on hand. Ensures accuracy between CMMS and physical inventory.
Minimum Requirements :
High School Diploma
5-7 Years of Industrial Maintenance Experience
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Experience with CMMS Systems
Preferred Requirements :
5-7 years of Industrial Maintenance Experience
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Excellent interpersonal and delegation skills
Physical Requirements :
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 10 pounds; frequently lift and / or move up to 20 pounds; and occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 and 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
