Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate daily activities to ensure efficient production and maintain a safe working environment.
• Execute the shift production work schedule and enforce health and safety regulations.
• Detect and address defects or malfunctions in materials, products, or equipment.
• Provide training and guidance to department shift personnel.
