About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Tremco CPG Inc. as an Engineering & Facilities Manager, responsible for directing all engineering activities and maintaining/upgrading facilities and production equipment.
- Developing and implementing a preventative maintenance program.
- Coordinating with the maintenance crew to implement necessary preventative measures.
- Partnering with LEAN leadership in eliminating unplanned production interruptions.
- Serving as lead project engineer for approved capital projects.
