The Engineering & Facilities Manager position at Tremco CPG Inc. is a key role that oversees all engineering activities and ensures the maintenance and upgrade of facilities and production equipment.
Responsibilities
- Directing all engineering activities, maintaining and upgrading facilities and production equipment.
- Maintaining/advancing a viable and visual Preventative Maintenance Program at the facility.
- Identifying capital requirements for the annual capital plan.
- Developing and assisting in value stream design and implementation of lean principles and tools within the manufacturing environment.
- Leading engineer for approved capital projects with the goal of on-time and on-budget completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
- 5-10 years of Facility and Process Engineering experience.
- Experience managing capital projects required.
