We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide personalized support for our clients in Orange County. We are accepting applicants for shifts ranging from part time to 24hr live-in.

We're seeking a relationship-driven, thoughtful caregiver to assist our family of clients in activities of daily living.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 18 Years Old
- Home Care Aide Certified
- Experience in Care, Direct Support, Assisted Living, etc.
- Mobile Phone
- Reliable Transportation and Ability to Fulfill Transportation-Based Errands for Clients
- Valid Drivers License and Proof of Insurance
Minimum Qualifications:
- Significant experience in long-term care environments
- Experience as a caregiver, or equivalent experience in similar role
- Proficiency with basic mobile functions for communication (email, scheduling, reporting, etc.)
- Understanding of basic medical concepts and ailments
- Strong communication and service mentality
- Physical ability to lift, hold, or move and assist in basic bodily motion.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience fulfilling care plans
- Experience reporting tasks in accordance with insurer requirements
- Exceptional Communication Skills and Emotional Intelligence
Description of Work:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and light housekeeping
- Provide stimulating companionship, conversation and emotional support
- Monitor and report medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of assistive devices
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up
- Document client care activities and maintain accurate records
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Provide transportation for clients to appointments or outings as needed
- Work with Care Coordinator on scheduling of shifts

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
