Position Summary
We’re looking for a versatile General Laborer to help maintain our beautiful property and assist with various renovation and improvement projects. This role involves assembling furniture, maintaining buildings and grounds, assisting with venue setups and breakdowns, and performing general property clean-up and upkeep. You'll also contribute to various renovation projects, making a real difference in enhancing our guest experience.
Flexibility is essential, as work hours will vary based on weekly needs—ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week. One week may be light with 20 hours, while the next could be full-time at 40 hours or anywhere in between.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with renovation projects across the property
- Assemble and move furniture as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of buildings and grounds
- Set up and break down for events and activities
- Provide general labor support to various teams
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours based on the week’s needs
- Previous experience in general labor, maintenance, or construction is a plus but not required
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently and with a team
- Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and being on your feet for extended periods
Pay
- Starting at $18/hour
