Job Summary
The Trempealeau County Health Care Center has a couple of openings for Personal Care Workers in our community housing. 3rd shift primarily needed. You’ll be working with a talented and caring team of individuals who will guide you and treat you like family.
$16.44 – 17.42/hr
Responsibilities
- · Provide a safe environment for residents.
- · Assist with daily living tasks, along with following care plans.
- · Prepare meals.
- · Plan and assist with activities to fulfill residents’ days.
- · Lawn mowing, shoveling, and yard maintenance.
Required
- Abide by any written care plans such as Doctor's Orders, Individual Service Plans, Plan of Care.
- Assist clients with transfer needs as indicated. Assist clients with prescribed medications under the written direction of a Licensed Practitioner.
- Attend in-services and meetings as required
- Attend and successfully complete training requirements as set by the TCHCC.
