The purpose of this position is to serve as a para-professional to support Social Workers within the Behavioral Health Unit by primarily administering services to individuals enrolled in the Community Support Program (CSP), but also may serve those enrolled in Comprehensive Community Services (CCS), Children’s Long Term Waiver (CLTS), Birth-3, Recovery Court, IDP, adult protection and/or individuals utilizing county funded treatment that is court ordered or voluntary. This position helps ensure service plans and service delivery for each consumer is integrated, coordinated, and monitored and is designed to support the consumer in a manner that helps the consumer achieve the highest level of independent functioning. The work is performed under the direction of the Behavioral Health Services Supervisor.

Pay: $18.34 - $20.95 per hour
