Key Responsibilities:

• Install, connect, and seal underground pipe systems according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and grading specifications to ensure proper layout.
• Perform trenching, grading, and excavation for pipe and concrete work.
• Form, pour, and finish concrete slabs, footings, walls, and structures.
• Ensure proper leveling, curing, and finishing of concrete surfaces.
• Operate and maintain hand and power tools, including cutting, drilling, and compacting equipment.
• Follow and enforce OSHA safety guidelines and company policies on job sites.
• Work efficiently within a team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving on-site challenges related to pipe or concrete work.

Qualifications:

• Experience in pipe installation and concrete construction (preferred).
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and grading plans.
• Familiarity with trenching, excavation, and site preparation techniques.
• Experience with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing methods.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull at least 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork mindset.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Criminal records will be evaluated on a per-case basis.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday (Overtime and weekends as needed)

Job sites vary based on project needs. Candidates should be able to travel to job sites as required.
