You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that business process outcomes are in harmony with organization's strategic goals.

Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the business processes align with the organizational goals.
- Analyze Business Processes: Evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Process Design: Develop and design new business processes by understanding the requirements and objectives of the business.
- Documentation: Create detailed business process documentation, including process maps and flowcharts.
- Data Analysis: Collect, process and analyze data to support business process improvements and decision-making.
- Project Management: Manage projects related to business process changes, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Technology Integration: Work with IT teams to evaluate/implement technology solutions that support and enhance business processes.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to users affected by new or changed business processes.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of business processes to ensure they are delivering the desired outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
- Able to work with various teams in different time zone.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, data analytics or a related field.
- Proficient in process mapping and business process reengineering. CRM/ ERP /BPM system implementation is a plus.
- Experience with Hyper Automation/Robotic Process Agent/AI expert system implementation is a plus.
- Proficient in Data Fabric/Data analytic platform implementation is a plus.
- Familiar with data query and analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
- Familiarity with project and team collaboration tools such as Microsoft O365.
