Job Summary:
As a Crew Lead at Trend, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the efficient and effective execution of moving and logistic services. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and supervise a group of team members, ensuring all tasks are completed with the utmost professionalism and adherence to company standards. You will interact directly with customers, manage logistics, and ensure safety protocols are followed throughout each job.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities for a group of team members.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform all field-related tasks daily. Including moving, logistics, and other field-related services.
- Promote company culture and effectively communicate with team members regarding changes, areas for improvement, and morale.
- Ensure the team members are responsible for their duties and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Get the trucks ready and assist the crews to ensure a successful day.
- Interact directly with customers to address inquiries and concerns, to ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, equipment usage, and material handling, to meet project deadlines.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during moves promptly and professionally.
- Uphold safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Ensure regular check-ins with team members and provide support for daily challenges.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to effectively manage time and resources.
Education and Experience:
- High School or higher preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of related experience in the moving industry.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing.
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds or more.
