Responsibilities
- The Cleaner - Floater position involves the cleaning and maintenance of assigned areas, ensuring a clean and safe environment for clients and staff
- This role requires flexibility to work both day and night shifts, with varying schedules each week
- Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
- Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or issues.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
- Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment
- Clean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
- Gather and empty trash
- Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
