Corbin Trent Finley's Farmers Insurance Agency in Tulsa, OK is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!
Our Customer Service Representatives work directly with every new client that signs with the agency. They will ensure that our clients are well informed about our products, made aware of the referral process, and are given a smooth onboarding experience.
They will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering any questions our clients may have.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring
- Process customer policy change requests
- Cross-sell products such as Life insurance
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program
- Host customer onboarding calls
Requirements
- Insurance customer service experience is not required
- Proven track record of being a problem solver
- Must be resourceful
