Responsibilities:

Monitor and control the production process, adjusting parameters as needed to maintain optimal ethanol quality and yield.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during operations.
Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety and sustainability throughout the plant.
Maintain accurate records of production data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
