- Possesses a Bachelor's degree or higher; or five years related work experience in a Human Resources/Personnel Department of public-school district or five years related work experience recruiting in governmental and/or corporate setting.
- Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
- Superior verbal/written c01mnunication, marketing and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills that allows the candidate to effectively communicate and relate well with others including administrators, colleagues, trainees, new recruits and individuals inside and outside the District.
- Must have the ability to proficiently utilize Microsoft Office Suites, Google Workspace, Outlook, Zoom, Frontline Suites, really.com, Handshake and other recruiting and/or HRIS platforms and to train others on their usage as well.
- Knowledgeable of State and/or Federal licensing, certification and qualification standards and standards for all Public-School staff.
- Demonstrate responsibility in all confidential matters and materials.
- Must have a valid New Jersey driver's license.
- Shall be able to travel within and outside the State of New Jersey.
