Requirements:
- Part-time schedule, including days, nights, and weekends
- lift up to 40lbs
Job Requirements - Including but not limited to:
- Greets and acknowledges guests.
- Able to answer questions, and assist guests with merchandise
- Knowledge of all products in order to give guests recommendations and streamline their shopping experience. Should know where all products are located.
- Quickly and efficiently process sales in accordance with company policies
- Perform opening and closing procedures on the registers
- Process returns and exchanges within company policy, and with the approval of management
- Ensures that all merchandise is correctly labeled and displayed.
- Routinely stocks merchandise and organizes shelves in team store.
- Maintains a clean and organized work space.
- Maintains orderly back-stock and knows where goods are to be found.
- Sets aside and notifies supervisor of defective, mismarked, mislabeled, incorrectly priced, or damaged merchandise.
- Recognize and watch for any loss prevention risks, and report to management
- Participate in physical inventories and periodic cycle counts
- Work in designated areas during games, including the concourse.
- Performs other duties as assigned
