Pay Rate: $50/hour
Schedule: Day Shift | In-Person (No call or Weekends)

What You’ll Do:
Serve as the Nursing Circulator, coordinating outpatient exams with physicians and inpatient exams with nurses, ensuring timely communication, medication preparation, and efficient transportation.
Prepare and verify medical records and documentation for Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology patients.
Monitor patient vital signs, document procedures, and set up specialized equipment (IABP, power injector, temporary pacer, etc.).
Operate hemodynamic monitoring equipment, track EKG, blood pressure, heart rate, and pulse ox changes, and input data into the system.
Assess, plan, and implement care for patients throughout pre, intra, and post-procedure stages.
Ensure medications are administered accurately and timely based on physician orders.
Maintain monitoring systems and equipment, ensuring they are ready for use.
Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care.
Respond effectively in Code Blue situations and provide critical care as needed.
Assist physicians during all Cath Lab procedures and monitor/titrate special drugs as required.
Complete equipment quality control (QC) and maintain necessary forms and supplies.
Perform additional duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
Valid and unrestricted Louisiana RN License.
Cath Lab experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
BLS, ACLS, & PALS certifications required (American Heart Association).
Experience with Cath Lab procedures and cardiac catheterization is preferred.
