- Defect Identification: Identify defects such as cracks, blisters, stress fractures, and cosmetic flaws on fiberglass surfaces.
- Grinding and Smoothing: Grind out defective areas and smooth rough edges to prepare surfaces for repair.
- Surface Preparation: Prep fiberglass, resin, and damaged areas for repair by cleaning and degreasing surfaces.
- Repair Techniques: Shape and smooth edges to match contours properly and mix gel coat catalyst according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Finishing Touches: Spray or brush repaired surfaces with a gel coat finish and buff and polish to a high shine.
