Job Description:
A key responsibility of this role is to thoroughly inspect surfaces for defects such as cracks, blisters, stress fractures, and cosmetic imperfections. The successful candidate will be skilled in the process of grinding out defective areas to create a smooth surface.
Key Tasks:
- Preparation of Fiberglass, resin, and damaged areas for repair
- Shaping and smoothing edges to match contours properly
- Mixing gel coat catalyst and applying it to repaired surfaces through spray or brush application
- Buffing and polishing repaired surfaces to achieve a high-quality finish
