Here’s What You’ll Do :
Payroll Wizardry
- Ensure every team member is paid accurately and on time—because happy paydays make happy people.
- Keep us on the right side of federal, state, and local payroll laws.
- Manage and maintain payroll records like a pro, covering everything from tax withholdings to benefits deductions.
- Work with our Finance team to keep reporting and audits on point.
- Handle payroll-related questions with ease, from benefits to deductions.
Recruitment Rock Star
Attract top-notch talent with creative recruiting strategies that make us stand out.Own the hiring process, from job postings to warm welcomes on day one.Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and craft compelling job descriptions.Conduct interviews, background checks, and reference checks like a detective with heart.Make sure every new hire’s journey into our world feels seamless and inspiring.Compliance Captain
Ensure our practices align with labor laws and company policies.Keep meticulous HR records and provide crystal-clear reporting on payroll, hiring, and headcount.Prepare for audits like they’re the next big event.Engagement Champion
Be the go-to person for team members’ concerns about payroll, recruiting, or other HR matters.Help create a culture where team members feel valued, engaged, and ready to do their best work.What We’re Looking For :

This position will require occasional travel to off-site locations but does not require overnight travel except on occasion for events or trainingThis position is eligible to work from home occasionally, with manager approval, but does require regular on-site work at our physical locations.Required education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 4 years of experience as an HR professional (Recruiter, HRBP, Generalist, ER Manager, Benefits Manager, Payroll Manager, etc.) may be substituted for this requirement.2 years of experience in an HR role that includes employee relations duties (HRBP, Generalist, etc.)2 years of experience in a Payroll administrator or manager position.2 years of experience in recruiting / staffing (full cycle).Preferred education and experience
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR certificationCPP or similar payroll certificationCBP or similar benefits certificationPaylocity HRIS and Payroll PlatformAdditional eligibility requirements
Must be able to work with employees at all levels within the companyMust be creative, outgoing, attentive to detail, and possess great communication (verbal, written, electronic, listening) skillsMust have excellent customer service skillsResponds to and works well under pressure and deadlinesExcellent time management skills and dependability are requiredGood office technology skills (Phones, computers, office applications and systems)Must have the ability to multitask and complete duties, tasks, and projects, despite interruptionsWork schedule is typically Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, but may require off-hours and weekend work, if necessary to achieve required results. We are particularly busy during the holiday season and on weekends, and it will be necessary to be available during those times, on occasion.Must maintain a sense of urgency and positivityAbility to effectively work on teamsMust be a self-starter and complete duties, tasks, and projects with little or no supervisionWork authorization
