Job Description
The General Manager is the right hand to the Owner! This individual is responsible for overseeing all Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations while ensuring a delightful customer experience and maintaining high standards of quality and service. They play a key role in maintaining kitchen and store efficiency. The General Manager also develops strategies to increase sales and profitability while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This position reports to the Owner.
Responsibilities

*Overseeing the operations of both the FOH and BOH, ensuring all areas are functioning efficiently and effectively. *Managing FOH Manager and BOH Kitchen Managers, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing any employee-related issues when escalations arise. *Identifying areas for opportunity and implementing changes in collaboration with the FOH and BOH managers. *Developing long-term strategies to enhance store profitability and customer experience. *Creating and managing all team schedules. *Overseeing the quality of products and services offered, ensuring they meet Tres Market and customer standards. *Addressing customer feedback and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. *Ensuring the FOH and BOH comply with health and safety regulations, and that all staff are trained on relevant processes and procedures. *Ensuring the store and kitchen are clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications

*This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide performance feedback to others. *Ability to stand for long periods and multitask in a fast paced environment. *3 years of proven experience managing a store, restaurant, or equivalent managerial experience in a service industry. *Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
