Front Desk Supervisor

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeingthe day-to-day front desk staff, office functions and delivering the highest level of service for his/her specific office.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk responsibilities including opening/closing office, check-in and check-out
- Monitor front desk functions and assures schedulers follow appointment templates
- Ensure all patient call reminders and confirmations are completed
- Oversee patient relations and handle concerns when needed
- Ensure all incoming phone calls and patient emails are handled in an efficient and timely manner
- Counsel front desk employees regarding check-in and check-out procedures and office policies
- Work with all staff to ensure a smooth patient flow
- Communicate effectively with Patient Care Manager
- Coordinate the order, efficiency, and professional appearance of all work areas, receptions, and other related areas
- Submits work orders to facilities for proper maintenance of office
- Oversees the reconciliation of daily payments received by patients and submits to billing department
