Overview
Assure services are completed per contract standards and requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team utilizing systems to promote performance, establish clear expectations, promote staff growth and development, provide constructive feedback, recognize success, correct undesirable work performance, focus on employee success and develop cohesive teamwork.
- Monitor employee work hours to ensure accurate recording of hours worked and approved time sheets.
- Communicate with the Custodial and Grounds Assistant Project Manager and / or Project Manager.
- Responsible for monitoring daily, weekly, monthly accurate reporting for vehicle maintenance, safety, and other as required.
- Provide trainings involving safety and health to team members to ensure proper usage of equipment and chemicals, and products used.
- Collaborate with Safety and Quality control Manager to ensure that contractual requirements are met.
- This position requires the employee to operate a computer and required software effectively and efficiently including typing, navigation, and interpretation of electronic data.
- Accept and implement special projects as assigned by supervisor.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES. Other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education. High School or GED and three years’ experience in the custodial field of which one year must be in a supervisory capacity.
Licenses / Certifications. Valid driver’s license.
Other (e.g., post-offer drug screen, background check, driver’s license record, etc.). Employee’s must undergo a driver’s license record check; employees must pass a background check.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED BY THE POSITION :
Rate of Pay : $21.10 / hour
Shift : Monday - Friday
Hours : 6 : 30 p.m. – 3 : 00 a.m
Location : White Sands Missile Range
