Job Description: New Construction Sales Manager
Sales Coaching
- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team in the Tresidio sales process (4-2 Method), ensuring adherence and improving performance.
- Inspire and motivate the sales team. Oversee KPIs for Sales Agents, providing regular feedback and conducting performance evaluations during weekly 1:1s.
- Educate Sales Agents about customer contracts, Tresidio’s various sales collateral, sales and marketing related software, and floor plan and community offerings.
- Collaborate with the Executive Team to identify training needs. Develop and execute training programs for Sales Rallies.
- Implement ongoing coaching initiatives to enhance team skills, boost performance, and meet sales goals.
Sales Management & Leadership
- Oversee and regularly audit model and spec home presentation, ensuring they meet branding standards, are visually appealing, and regularly audit property listings for accuracy and completeness.
- Exemplify Tresidio Homes’ Core Beliefs and lead by example.
- Create and manage the model home schedule, filling in as needed.
- Conduct Sales Rallies and educate the sales team on the Tresidio construction process, including sales, design, and construction stages.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, pricing strategies, stay updated on industry trends, and analyze competitor activity.
- Support the Executive Team in achieving growth objectives and assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new sales personnel.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs, sales strategies, and tactics to maximize revenue and market share.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven success in sales within Real Estate and new construction industries.
- Extensive experience in sales management, coaching, and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of real estate development processes, market dynamics, and proficiency in generating/analyzing sales reports (Excel or similar software).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and coachable.
- Work on some nights and weekends will be required for events.
