Job Overview:
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding Treston Security Services' client base and strengthening relationships with existing clients. This position requires a results-driven individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills to identify opportunities, generate leads, and build long-lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential clients through networking, online tools, and market analysis.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Client Outreach:
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce Treston Security Services' solutions.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Proposal Development:
- Understand client needs and customize security solutions to address their challenges.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to align client expectations with service capabilities.
