Job Summary
Treston Security Services is seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiter/Hiring Coordinator to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring we attract and retain high-quality security personnel.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to develop and implement hiring strategies to meet our staffing needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Screen applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews
- Assist in the selection, hiring, and onboarding process for security officers and staff
Candidate Outreach & Engagement
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to build a pipeline of candidates
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote Treston Security Services
Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
- Track hiring metrics and recruitment effectiveness
Requirements
- Prior experience in recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition preferred
- Experience in security industry recruiting is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and applicant tracking systems
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus

- Competitive pay ($22 - $25 per hour, depending on experience)
