Full Job Description
Treston Security Services is seeking Level II Non-Commissioned Security Officers for Anti-Piracy Special Events. Security Officers in this role will be responsible for monitoring private film screenings to prevent movie piracy, ensuring a secure and professional environment, and providing an excellent customer service experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Observing and reporting activities at assigned screening locations, ensuring the safety of clients and preventing unauthorized recording.
- Conducting pre-screening security measures,
- Assisting with audience security procedures, such as verifying entry credentials and monitoring audience behavior.
- Use of special equipment to detect unauthorized recording attempts.
- Remaining professional and following established de-escalation procedures.
- Completing daily activity reports (DARs) and incident reports as necessary.
- Working closely with theater management, studio representatives, and law enforcement as required.
Qualifications
Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers. Additional requirements of the Customer Service Officer include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a State issued non-commissioned guard card Level 2
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone) and transportation (public or private)
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English
- Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation Knowledge of or ability to learn security operations and procedures
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form
- Be an effective team member and courteous telephone manners
- Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances
- Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and organization
- Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports
- Good organizational skills
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License:
- Level II Non-Commissioned Officer guard card (Required)
- Valid Texas Driver's License (only required for vehicle patrols)
Experience:
