Duties
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
- Develop reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Power BI to visualize data findings.
- Utilize Visio for process mapping and documentation of workflows.
- Assist in the development and implementation of solutions throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Support data integration efforts using tools like Talend.
- Employ programming skills in Python and VBA for automation of repetitive tasks and data manipulation.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Experience
- Proven experience in business analysis or a related field is essential.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Visio.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and VBA is highly desirable.
- Experience with SDLC methodologies is preferred.
- Knowledge of server management concepts is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
