Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure successful execution.
- Utilize Earned Value Management techniques to monitor project performance against the baseline.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify needs and expectations.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee quality management processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates on progress and addressing any issues that arise.
- Utilize tools such as Confluence for documentation and collaboration among team members.
- Apply SAFe principles to enhance project delivery in an Agile environment.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project.
Experience
- Proven experience in Project Management, with a strong background in program design and project planning.
- Familiarity with product management practices is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in project coordination across multiple teams and disciplines.
- Proficient in using project management tools and software, including Confluence.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in quality management and cost control methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- A background in Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe, is preferred.
