Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Tester to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through rigorous testing processes. You will collaborate closely with developers and product managers to identify issues, enhance user experience, and ensure that our applications meet the highest standards of quality before they are released to customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing on web services and applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira and HP ALM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Utilize automated testing tools like Selenium and LoadRunner to enhance testing efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on software design and implementation.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
Skills
- Proficiency in testing methodologies and tools such as Selenium, LoadRunner, Jira, and HP ALM.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and Agile development practices.
- Familiarity with web services testing and API validation.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python for test automation scripting is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members across various departments.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
