Duties
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project specifications.
- Execute system testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Utilize tools such as Jira for tracking defects and managing test cases.
- Write and maintain automated scripts using JavaScript or Java to streamline testing processes.
- Conduct testing on both front-end and back-end systems, including APIs using SOAP.
- Document test results and provide detailed feedback to development teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Skills
- Proficiency in requirements gathering to ensure clarity in project objectives.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Java programming languages.
- Experience with MongoDB for database testing.
- Familiarity with JUnit for unit testing frameworks.
- Understanding of system testing methodologies and best practices.
