Job Summary: SmartChoice Auto Group is looking for a results-driven Used Car Sales Representative with proven sales experience and strong online skills. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator who can seamlessly combine traditional sales techniques with online engagement strategies to deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences, both in-person and online.
Leverage online platforms, including our website and social media, to showcase inventory and connect with potential buyers.
Respond promptly to online inquiries, providing accurate and detailed information about vehicles and financing options.
Maintain up-to-date and appealing online vehicle listings with compelling descriptions and photos.
Facilitate virtual and in-person test drives, ensuring a professional and seamless experience.
Negotiate pricing and financing terms while building trust and maintaining transparency.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute online campaigns to drive sales.
Build long-term customer relationships by providing exceptional service and follow-ups.
Qualifications
Proven experience in car sales, with a preference for experience in used vehicles. - Strong online and digital marketing skills, including familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks effectively. - Tech-savvy, with knowledge of CRM systems and lead management tools.
