Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing receipts.
- Provide information about spa services and membership program.
- Upsell additional services and memberships to guests, maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Assist in supervising spa staff as needed, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Handling opening and closing.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Previous experience in working at a Med Spa and understand the terminology of Med Spa treatments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Proper Phone etiquette skills a must, clear English speaking, handle multi phone-line system.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately, opening and closing register.
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS Spa or Salon booking systems is a plus.
- Ability to upsell products or services confidently while maintaining excellent customer relations.
- Experience in supervising staff is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service are essential.
