We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses across diverse populations.
- Provide preventive care, including immunizations and health screenings.
- Collaborate with specialists for referrals and coordinated patient care.
- Perform procedures such as spinal taps, specimen collection processing, and pain management techniques.
- Offer home community care and hospice care services as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Support geriatric patients with tailored healthcare plans focusing on their unique needs.
- Ensure quality of care in long-term care settings.
Shift: 8am-5pm, 5x8
Requirements
- 3 years or more CURRENT experience - Required
- Experience with patients of all ages required
- Clinical Office Experience - Required
- PHONE Triage experience - Required
- EPIC EMR experience - HIGHLY Preferred
- Previous Travel - Preferred
- Traveler must have their own vehicle
- BLS (AHA)
- Must live outside of 50 miles
