Building Engineer - Madison Wisconsin
Representing one of the world's largest FM Services providers, I am recruiting for a building engineer position in Madison, Wisconsin.
You will need to be fully certified in either the HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical fields and have experience working within a facilities engineering environment.
Responsible for all pre-planned maintenance, fault finding, repair, and reactive works on plant such as AHU's, Fan Coils, Generators, UPS, Single & 3 phase power, Lighting, Motors, Heat pumps, VRV's, BMS, etc.
Pay range and compensation package
- $89k per year ($43 per hour x 40 hour week)
- Medical cover
- PTO
- Pension
- Monday through Friday
- 6am to 3:30pm / 7am to 4:30pm / 8am to 5:30pm
