About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Metrics Manager to join our clients team, specifically for the management of metric processes in data centres. This is a critical role where you will be responsible for managing SLAs, driving metrics, analysing data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in mission-critical environments. Your expertise will directly contribute to the seamless operation of data centres and the ongoing success of our client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- SLA Management: Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring they are adhered to and met with a high degree of efficiency.
- Preventative Maintenance: Oversee and ensure completion of preventative maintenance activities within the facilities.
- Data Analysis & Trend Reporting: Pull data, analyze trends, and drive metrics related to facility operations, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Client Presentations: Prepare and present regular updates to clients on performance, compliance, and areas for improvement.
- Proactive Approach: Proactively identify potential issues and areas for improvement, recommending corrective actions.
- Data Center/Financial Experience: Utilize your experience in managing data centers, mission-critical environments, or working within financial institutions to meet the operational and governance standards expected.
- Compliance Reporting: Coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly compliance reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent delivery of governance standards.
- Audit Support: Act as the lead during client audits and ensure data accuracy during reviews.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SLA Management, preventative maintenance, and data center/financial/missions critical environments.
- Strong ability to drive metrics, pull data, and analyze trends.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management and clients.
- Experience working in data centers or with financial institutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
- Experience in compliance management and reporting in critical environments.
