This role involves working with a leading global Facilities Management firm, where you will be responsible for managing multiple high-profile client relationships, leading and mentoring project teams, and identifying new sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have 8 years of relevant experience in Technical backgrounds, strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GIS technology experience.
This position requires you to collaborate with clients to define project requirements, provide tailored solutions, and drive successful project execution by understanding client needs and developing strategic operational plans.
A bachelor's degree is preferred but not essential for this role.
You will effectively manage client expectations and resolve any conflicts, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
Motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to drive desired actions.
Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
