Job Description
As a Structural Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks on plant equipment. You will perform troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems, conduct regular inspections and testing of equipment to ensure optimal performance, and collaborate with the facilities engineering team to resolve any issues that may arise.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate must have full certification in HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical fields and possess relevant experience working in facilities engineering environments. They must also be proficient in pre-planned maintenance and reactive works on various plant equipment such as AHUs, Fan Coils, Generators, UPS, power systems, lighting, motors, heat pumps, VRVs, and BMS.
