JOB DESCRIPTION
- Answer customers call and dispatch technicians
- Return any missed calls
- Review Emails and Reply accordingly
- Create work orders, add pictures
- Call customers and confirm daily appointments
- Coordinate time with customers and technicians
- Print techs daily work orders
- Add notes to customers profile as necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
