Dispatcher (Full-time)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Answer customers call, create work orders and dispatch service technicians
• Return any missed calls
• Review Emails and Reply accordingly
• Add pictures to work orders
• Call customers and confirm daily appointments
• Coordinate time with customers and technicians
• Print technicians daily work orders
• Add notes to customers profile as necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
