Duties
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments for technicians based on customer needs and availability.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, providing updates on service status and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure proper handling of 3PL (third-party logistics) requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, dispatch logs, and technician performance metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fleet management or logistics is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
