Duties
- Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers.
- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects efficiently.
Skills
- Proficient in basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
