Duties
o SME fluent in multiple systems/verticals/networks/markets
o Support the Arbitration team where needed by monitoring workload for program volume, case queues, reporting, and metrics to ensure the team meets departmental goals
o Proactively identify and collaborate cross-program process enhancements that will improve enterprise results and operational efficiencies
o Facilitate/lead projects designed to improve organization processes or improve efficiencies
o Identify training needs and best practices based on peer coaching to improve internal interaction
o Establish new hire training schedules and participate in the interview process for new personnel
o Manage relationships and facilitate escalations with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders by maintaining a strong customer-centric focus.
Skills
o Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a strong desire to solve problems and the ability to think creatively out of the box
o Skilled in identifying and implementing innovative solutions to address challenges, resolve issues, and tackle root causes effectively
o Advanced knowledge of Excel, such as Data sorting and filtering, Pivot table creation and manipulation, and conditional formatting
o Excellent ability to independently manage challenging situations.
o Strong critical thinking and analytical skills and ability to work in a collaborative team and independent environment
