Must consistently display a high level of urgency when solving end user issues. Issue ownership, integrity and reliability are required along with an organized and pro-active approach to providing support for all IT-supported technologies. This position is also responsible for the end point management and the information assurance process for all end points and asset management for software/hardware.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage in the full lifecycle of Incident Management and Request Fulfillment, while learning best practices for improving end user satisfaction
- Participate in Asset Management processes from acquisition to disposal, while learning information security best practices
- Support end users by assisting with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, answering queries, and ensuring a high level of user satisfaction. Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex problems and improve the overall user experience.
- Learn and assist in onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless integration and secure removal of users from the systems.
- Develop skills to analyze and determine the root cause of endpoint issues related to PC hardware, software and applications, networking communication, and peripherals.
- Learn to track and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution using an IT Service Management ticketing system and escalate issues using IT best practice procedures defined by the team supervisor.
- Aide in providing clear communication to the user community about issue resolution, system outages, and planned events based on TreviPay policy and procedures.
- Learn to ensure compliance for systems following TreviPay security policies and standards, including learning best practices for securing endpoint devices, reviewing security measures, monitoring for vulnerabilities, and responding to potential threats.
- Eager to gain insights into the change management process, including the planning, implementation, and documentation of changes to IT services.
- Participate in automation projects aimed at improving efficiency and reducing manual workload.
- Collaborate on various projects that contribute to the enhancement of IT services and overall organizational goals.
- Currently pursuing industry certification or enrollment in IT certification program
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Basic knowledge of Local Area Network (LAN) and Wireless troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac endpoint support
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and Office applications support
- ITIL Foundations certification or understanding of ITIL Framework is preferred
