Trevor Day School is seeking candidates for a full-time Upper School Mathematics Teacher for the 2025–2026 year. Responsibilities include teaching various mathematics classes and serving as an advisor to a group of students. Candidates must have the ability to teach the full breadth of the Upper School mathematics curriculum, including Algebra, Geometry, Precalculus, Calculus, and Statistics. They should have a strong interest in working with a diverse student body and colleagues in an open and collaborative environment.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred, as well as a minimum of three years experience in mathematics instruction.

Experience using technology to enhance classroom learning.

Proficiency with the Google suite of applications, Desmos, and GeoGebra.

Enthusiasm for collaborating with colleagues on lesson planning and innovative curriculum development.

Proven ability to form strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.

The full-time salary range for this position is $55,000–$176,000, as per the school's salary scale. When extending an offer for employment, Trevor Day School bases the salary upon several factors that include (but are not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education, training, key skills, and peer salary equity.
