We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Host to join our team in a busy restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, guest relations, and using point-of-sale systems.
Responsibilities :
- Greet guests immediately upon their arrival
- Engage with guests while walking them to their table
- Manage waitlists and reservations for the restaurant and golf bays
- Take to-go orders and process payments using our Point of Sale system
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
- Assist with bussing tables as needed
- All other duties as assigned
