Trevor's is looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will support the restaurant team to deliver exceptional food and beverage offerings with Above & Beyond hospitality. You will also support the retail team with projects that involve both teams.
You Will
- Have a relentless dedication to making each guest experience great.
- Ensure the food and beverage items are prepared and presented to our guests with the highest possible quality.
- Constantly train our team members so that they provide better and better experiences for our guests.
- Oversee all FOH and BOH team members.
- Maintain restaurant safety and cleanliness standards throughout the entire building.
- Report to the Restaurant General Manager.
- 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work a full-time schedule as business requires including nights, weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food, spirits, beer and wine
- Hospitality excellence
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude

- Desire to develop knowledge of product and services
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
