We are hiring for both day and night shift positions. Starting pay is $20.71/hour

We are looking for Utility Technicians to help us meet production and quality goals. As a Trex Utility Technician, you’ll be unloading and packaging finished products and assisting with packaging across all buildings and processes. This role is key member of our Operations team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Put safety first - always
- Work as a team to drive our “people first” culture
- Prepare parts to be processed in the powder coating operation.
- Load, unload, and package finished parts.
- Perform packaging duties across all buildings and processes, including bundle cover for decking and boxing finished products.
- Perform housekeeping duties to keep the plant safe and its appearance acceptable.
- Work in a safe and efficient manner.
EXPERIENCE
Working 12-hour shifts, standing for extended periods of time, and being able to lift 50 lbs. is required for this role. If you’ve worked as a production worker or laborer, we want to hear from you!
