SUMMARY OF JOB : The Assistant Manager provides immediate assistance to the Food Production Manager and Employees by providing products to all customers and maintaining a conducive work environment. To accomplish these tasks, the Assistant Manager works closely with the Food Production Manager, General Manager, Staff, Home Office Personnel, location Managers and customers. This team member must follow company policies and procedures while maintaining the standards of cleanliness, inside and out, the standards of efficiency and accuracy with equipment, and the maximization of profit through sales and marketing as defined by Trex Mart and Companies.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensures that all activities conform to policies and procedures set forth by Trexcon.
- Communicate effectively and appropriately with all supervisors, clients, and staff members.
- React to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned. Remains flexible in daily routine and scheduling.
- Support the mission statement of Trexcon.
- Gives fast, friendly customer service.
- Ensure daily orders are imported, tracked, and built. To include contacting clients to ensure all orders have been received.
- Assist with interviewing and screening potential employees.
- Assigning and assisting in the execution of daily duties.
- Create daily production lists, product prep and usage list, labels, as well as entering and editing orders.
- Develop work schedules for the staff while maintaining total hours at or below the budget hours for CCEXP.
- Organize training of new employees.
- Read and respond to email or intra-mail daily.
- Order products from approved vendors and receive in products from approved vendors per our policy.
- Establish communications with the Home Office Personnel to assist with procedural issues and Maintenance Department to assist with repairs.
- Attend management team meetings.
- May require hours to be extended beyond scheduled hours to accommodate production.
DAILY DUTIES :
4. Process orders and prepare orders for delivery.
5. Check in vendors using the current scanning process.
6. Sweep & Mop floors.
7. Empty kitchen trash containers and break down all boxes and take to the dumpster.
8. Properly record all duty time.
9. Other duties as assigned by the Food Production Manager and Director of Foodservice.
Requirements

15 - $18 / hourly experience based.
