The Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores. Key responsibilities include managing daily activities, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash transactions
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods
Physical Requirements:
This position requires frequent standing, lifting, bending, and climbing ladders or step stools. Some travel may be required.
Additional Responsibilities:
The Manager will also be responsible for interviewing and hiring new staff members, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing store policies and procedures. They will work closely with the General Manager and other store personnel to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
