Trex Restaurant Equipment is looking for an Inside Sales Representative.
The Inside sales Representative must ensure all customers have a great experience from the time they walk in the door, until they depart. Answering phone calls and assisting the caller to the correct person, as well. This is a major role supporting both management and teams with miscellaneous tasks such as, visual displays, special orders, and all basic house-keeping needs. Must have Customer service skills, be organized, be adaptable, and be a team player. BILINGUAL is a PLUS. Sales experience, multitasking, and computer skills are critical to perform this role. High energy is a requirement to help out shoppers receive the best experience. The Inside Sales role is responsible for ensuring the customer experience and requires commitment to a consistent schedule and the ability to plan and prepare for future events or business needs. Training available to the correct applicant.
Other job duties include receiving, stocking, and labeling products. Assisting customers to find equipment and supplies. Must greet and thank every customer who enters and leaves the store. Must be proficient in all aspects of the cashiering system and knowledgeable of all paperwork associated with each cashiering entry. Cash handling experience required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
